Our junk removal works one way: you book a dumpster, and two guys come with it and load it for you. One call prices it, no walk-through estimate appointment.

How Does the Loading Service Work?
This service makes the most sense on garages, basements, estates, and cleanouts where a dumpster was going to be needed anyway.
Pick the dumpster size that fits the pile and book it online, adding the loading service to the order. The office calls the same day to set a time.
The dumpster arrives with the crew. You point at what goes, and they load until it’s full or the junk is gone.
The dumpster leaves with everything in it. One trip, one price you saw when you booked.

Having this dumpster was a life saver. We got rid of so much junk and it was much easier than loading it into our pick-up and taking it to the landfill ourselves. Chuck is so nice and very professional. Would highly recommend them.
I needed a dumpster rather quickly and Charles was able to deliver it for the time requested. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely use Integrity Roll Off again!
Compared to other companies, Integrity Roll Off had better prices and it was well worth it. We were able to make use of the 20 yard dumpster doing some home renovations. Would recommend.
Renting a Dumpster vs Hiring a Junk Removal Crew
The decision comes down to who does the lifting. Both paths end with the same dumpster in the driveway.
Load it yourself
The cheapest way to clear a pile. A 10 yard runs $325 with a ton included, you work on your own clock, and the labor money stays in your pocket.
Add the loading crew
Two guys come out with the dumpster, you point at what goes, and everything leaves in one trip at the price you saw when you booked.
If it’s a couple of items rather than a pile, a junk removal company that prices by the piece is the cheaper way to go, and if you call us for that we’ll say so.

Junk Removal Questions
What does the loading service cost?
It depends on the size and how much there is, so Charles prices it on the phone. Call (540) 444-3867 and he’ll quote your load.
Do you come look at the junk first?
No, and that’s on purpose. You tell Charles the size and what’s going, he prices it over the phone, and the crew loads whatever you point at until it’s full. Nobody has to come walk your pile first.
What won’t the crew take?
The same rules apply as any rental: no paint, fuel, oil, tires, medical waste, or Freon appliances. Mattresses and regular appliances are fine.
What if my junk fills the dumpster before we’re done?
The crew loads to the fill line and hauls it. If there’s more, a swap comes inside 24 hours on weekdays and we keep going.
